Build a Tool Cabinet

This finely crafted cabinet is just what's needed to store your growing collection of hand tools. The cabinet features hand cut dovetails, arched paneled doors and a bold crown molding. The interior of the cabinet features shelves that are carefully fitted into the sides of the case.

Topics Include:

• Cutting dovetails on wide boards
• Shaping and carving arched paneled doors
• Constructing raised panel doors with true mortise-and-tenon joinery
• Shaping and mitering large crown molding

Prerequisite:  Woodworking Essentials.  The tool cabinet is a very challenging project that requires considerable handtool skills. We want you to be prepared for this advanced course so that you will gain the most from your experience.
